I'd eat this entire meal a few times a week with no problem. Grilled chicken is one of those things that you can flavor in so many different ways. I like to buy different salad dressings and marinades to try out for grilling. Here's my favorite to this day ⇩⇩⇩ It's really simple and gives the chicken so much flavor. It isn't an over powering taste, but perfect enough that my kids don't complain. The grocery store, Aldi, usually has a lot of great salad dressings which is where I first found this one(this isn't an ad). Try it out and let me know what you think.
Ingredients:
1/2 Bottle of Tahini Goddess Dressing (About 8 oz, I use the organic version from Aldi)
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 Large chicken breast sliced into cutlets (you can also use whole chicken tenderloins or boneless thighs)
Directions:
-Add all of the ingredients in a bowl.
-Mix together so that all the chicken is evenly covered in marinade and spices.
-Let marinate for a minimum of 1 hour, typically 4 hours is what seems to work best, overnight works too (just don't marinate longer than 24 hours or the chicken texture will change).
-Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side at a grill with the temperature set to 400-450 degrees. The middle of the chicken needs to reach 165. The time will depend on how thin or thick the chicken is cut.
-After grilling, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before devouring.
