Crisp, Smokey Brussels





Ingredients
-1 package of cleaned and halved or quartered fresh Brussels (about 2 cups). 
-2-3T bacon fat. 
-2 cloves of chopped garlic. 
-Kosher salt and pepper to taste. 

Directions:
  • In a sauté pan dab in 2 large Tablespoons of leftover bacon fat in the center of the pan. Keep on medium heat. 
  • Once pan is heated and the fat has melted down add in the Brussels. 
  • Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper. 
   • Cook for about 5 minutes, only stir one time. 
   • Add in chopped garlic and stir all together. 
   • Cook for about 10-15 more minutes stirring periodically throughout. 
*Brussels should be tender and golden brown on the edges. Enjoy!  ♥️
